Pas moins de quarante pour cent des personnes faisant partie de l'unit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation propos\u00e9e dans la demande d'accr\u00e9ditation \u00e9taient membres de la section locale au moment o\u00f9 la demande a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e.  L'employeur a contest\u00e9 le bien-fond\u00e9 et l'estimation par la section locale du nombre d'employ\u00e9s dans l'unit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation propos\u00e9e.  La Commission a conclu que l'unit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation propos\u00e9e pouvait \u00eatre appropri\u00e9e et que la diff\u00e9rence num\u00e9rique entre les parties n'\u00e9tait pas importante.  La section locale avait \u00e9tabli un appui suffisant aux fins de l'obtention d'un scrutin de repr\u00e9sentation.
