Les parties ne s'entendent pas sur la port\u00e9e g\u00e9ographique et le nombre d'employ\u00e9s faisant partie de l'unit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation \u00e0 la date de la demande.  La section locale a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une demande pour les employ\u00e9s du Centre Sanderson dans la ville de Brantford.  La Ville a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que la port\u00e9e g\u00e9ographique devait se limiter \u00e0 ses employ\u00e9s du Centre.  La Commission a suivi sa pratique d'accorder une description municipale.  Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9termin\u00e9 le nombre appropri\u00e9 d'employ\u00e9s dans l'unit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation, elle a constat\u00e9 que pas plus de cinquante pour cent des bulletins de vote \u00e9taient en faveur de la section locale.
