Demande de r\u00e9vocation de l'accr\u00e9ditation d'une unit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation comprenant \u00e0 la fois des employ\u00e9s de la salle et des techniciens.  La section locale a soutenu que seule l'accr\u00e9ditation des employ\u00e9s de salle devait \u00eatre retir\u00e9e, soit parce qu'il s'agissait d'une unit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation distincte, soit parce qu'une d\u00e9saccr\u00e9ditation partielle \u00e9tait appropri\u00e9e compte tenu des diff\u00e9rences entre les employ\u00e9s de salle et les employ\u00e9s techniques.  Il y avait \u00e9galement un diff\u00e9rend concernant l'admissibilit\u00e9 d'un certain employ\u00e9 qui \u00e9tait cens\u00e9 exercer des fonctions de gestion.  La Commission a conclu qu'il y avait une seule unit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation et qu'elle n'avait pas la comp\u00e9tence pour accorder une r\u00e9vocation partielle.
