Le Conseil a inform\u00e9 les parties que la lettre de r\u00e9ponse de Keystone ne constituait pas un relais en bonne et due forme, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi sur l'accr\u00e9ditation. <em>R\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur<\/em>.
