Apr\u00e8s que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de production ait conclu un accord avec l'ACFC, les syndicats du Conseil conjoint ont fait valoir qu'ils avaient conclu oralement un accord de reconnaissance volontaire avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de production.
