Star Hunter Productions et la section locale 849 ont contest\u00e9 la demande. La Commission a conclu que l'unit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation appropri\u00e9e \u00e9tait \"tous les employ\u00e9s de Star Hunter Productions... engag\u00e9s comme techniciens de cin\u00e9ma \"sous la ligne et derri\u00e8re la cam\u00e9ra...\".<strong> \u00a0<\/strong>Par cons\u00e9quent, elle a rejet\u00e9 la demande de la section locale des charpentiers au motif qu'elle n'avait pas 40% des employ\u00e9s de cette unit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation.
