La section locale 891 a conclu avec les producteurs un accord annexe qui permettait de limiter les droits de supplantation, mais elle s'est dissoci\u00e9e de cet accord lorsqu'il est devenu \u00e9vident qu'aucune entente ne serait conclue avec la section locale 155 des Teamsters.  Les producteurs ont fait valoir que le fait que la section locale 891 se retire de l'entente parall\u00e8le constitue une n\u00e9gociation de mauvaise foi.
