L'arbitre a rejet\u00e9 le grief apr\u00e8s avoir conclu qu'en vertu de la convention collective, les arr\u00eats temporaires de production devaient se faire sans compensation, un concept suffisamment large pour couvrir la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s.
