L'article 7.6 exige \"une p\u00e9riode de repos minimale de 8 heures entre la fin du dernier appel de travail ou de rendement d'un employ\u00e9 qui a travaill\u00e9 au moins (8) heures un jour civil et le rappel de cet employ\u00e9 le jour civil suivant\".  La section locale a pr\u00e9tendu que certains de ses membres avaient droit \u00e0 une \"prime\" en vertu de l'article 7.6 de la convention collective lorsqu'ils ont travaill\u00e9 pendant deux jours civils successifs sans b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d'une pause de huit heures entre les affectations de travail (concerts de C\u00e9line Dion et de Janet Jackson le 27 septembre<sup>th<\/sup> et 28<sup>th<\/sup>, 2008).  L'employeur a fait valoir qu'il n'\u00e9tait pas tenu de verser la \" prime \" parce qu'en fournissant les travailleurs, la section locale avait enfreint l'article 18 de la Loi sur les normes d'emploi (LNE), qui pr\u00e9voit des p\u00e9riodes de repos quotidiennes de 11 heures.  Selon l'employeur, l'article 7.6 ne s'applique que lorsque l'employeur prend la d\u00e9cision d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9e de \"rappeler\" un travailleur en particulier.  L'arbitre a rejet\u00e9 l'argument de l'employeur.
