L'employeur a contest\u00e9 les conclusions de l'arbitre selon lesquelles la requ\u00e9rante avait qualit\u00e9 pour contester son licenciement, impos\u00e9 apr\u00e8s la fin du projet.  Il a \u00e9galement contest\u00e9 la d\u00e9cision de l'arbitre d'accorder des dommages-int\u00e9r\u00eats pour perte d'opportunit\u00e9 et d\u00e9tresse mentale. La Commission a rejet\u00e9 la demande de l'employeur.
