Le SCEP pr\u00e9tend qu'il est partie int\u00e9ress\u00e9e au dossier qu'il n'a pu se faire entendre. Le SCEP pr\u00e9tend qu\u2019il aurait d\u00fb se faire entendre puisque les salaries vis\u00e9s par la d\u00e9cision de la Commission \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 couverts par son accr\u00e9ditation. La Commission du travail rejette la requ\u00eate du SCEP puisque les droits du SCEP n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 affect\u00e9s par l\u2019accr\u00e9ditation de l\u2019IATSE du 23 janvier 2012.
