Dans une d\u00e9cision ant\u00e9rieure dat\u00e9e du 15 septembre 2017, la Commission avait conclu que l'unit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation compos\u00e9e de techniciens en audiovisuel et de gr\u00e9eurs travaillant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement au Sheraton Centre de Toronto convenait \u00e0 la n\u00e9gociation collective. La Commission a ensuite ordonn\u00e9 aux parties de pr\u00e9senter leurs observations sur les diff\u00e9rends relatifs \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s. La qualit\u00e9 de 22 employ\u00e9s f\u00fbt r\u00e9gl\u00e9e et la qualit\u00e9 de 71 individus demeura en litige. La Commission a examin\u00e9 le processus le plus rapide pour d\u00e9terminer les diff\u00e9rends r\u00e9siduels.<\/p><p>La Commission a examin\u00e9 les observations \u00e9crites et les r\u00e9ponses du syndicat et de l'employeur. L'employeur a estim\u00e9 que les 71 employ\u00e9s en litige avaient travaill\u00e9s au Centre Sheraton dans les 12 mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la date de la demande et devraient alors \u00eatre inclus dans le vote. L\u2019employeur a en outre affirm\u00e9 que \u00ab employ\u00e9 r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00bb signifie simplement que la personne est \u00ab employ\u00e9e \u00bb par PSAV. Le syndicat a fait valoir que les employ\u00e9s convenablement au sein de l'unit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation sont des employ\u00e9s \u00e0 temps plein r\u00e9guliers et \u00e0 temps partiel qui travaillent la majorit\u00e9 de leurs heures au Sheraton. Aucun des employ\u00e9s en litige avait travaill\u00e9 la majorit\u00e9 de ses heures au Sheraton au cours des 6 ou 12 mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la demande.<\/p><p>La Commission a ordonn\u00e9 aux parties de se concentrer sur les six mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de la demande.
