Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 cette obligation, l\u2019arbitre a ordonn\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019employeur de transmettre au procureur du syndicat les informations demand\u00e9es et que ce dernier transmettre les informations \u00e0 nul autre qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019expert. De plus, le procureur syndical doit obtenir de l\u2019expert l\u2019engagement de ne pas diffuser les termes de son analyse \u00e0 nul autre qu\u2019au procureur lui-m\u00eame.
