La motion visant \u00e0 rejeter l'action d'un membre (Noel) intent\u00e9e par la section locale 523 et le Th\u00e9\u00e2tre Periscope a \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9e. Le membre r\u00e9clamait des dommages-int\u00e9r\u00eats \u00e0 la fois contre la section locale et le Th\u00e9\u00e2tre pour l'avoir exclu de la convention collective, pour divers actes de discrimination all\u00e9gu\u00e9s par le Th\u00e9\u00e2tre et pour l'inaction all\u00e9gu\u00e9e de la section locale en ce qui concerne sa d\u00e9fense contre le Th\u00e9\u00e2tre.  L'action du membre \u00e9tait clairement vou\u00e9e \u00e0 l'\u00e9chec.
