Le membre (McMullen) a demand\u00e9 l'autorisation et le r\u00e9examen d'une d\u00e9cision rejetant sa plainte de devoir de repr\u00e9sentation \u00e9quitable contre la section locale pour d\u00e9faut de divulgation et contravention apparente au Code.  En particulier, le membre a all\u00e9gu\u00e9 que le comit\u00e9 initial avait commis une erreur en refusant de tenir une audience ou de permettre un contre-interrogatoire et en omettant de demander des pr\u00e9cisions suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 M. McMullen avant de rendre sa d\u00e9cision.  Le Conseil a rejet\u00e9 la demande du membre comme \u00e9tant sans fondement.  La plainte et les documents d\u00e9pos\u00e9s ne permettaient tout simplement pas d'envisager une audience orale.
