Le membre (Nantel) a demand\u00e9 l'autorisation et le r\u00e9examen d'une d\u00e9cision rejetant sa plainte de devoir de repr\u00e9sentation \u00e9quitable contre la section locale parce qu'elle n'avait pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 \u00e9tablir qu'une violation du Code avait apparemment eu lieu.  Le Conseil a rejet\u00e9 la demande parce qu'elle ne soulevait pas de question s\u00e9rieuse quant au bien-fond\u00e9 de la d\u00e9cision initiale.
