Le fait que le membre n'ait pas fourni au syndicat (ou \u00e0 l'employeur) une explication opportune de sa conduite a effectivement emp\u00each\u00e9 le syndicat d'enqu\u00eater sur le grief d'une mani\u00e8re plus significative ou de qualifier la conduite du syndicat d'arbitraire.
