Le syndicat avait d\u00e9pos\u00e9 trois griefs qui concernaient des \u00e9v\u00e9nements tenus au TEC appel\u00e9s \u00ab Supper Club \u00bb entre d\u00e9cembre 2018 et mars 2020.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">TEC a embauch\u00e9 des membres du syndicat pour son \u00e9v\u00e9nement inaugural le 1er d\u00e9cembre 2018 ; cependant, il n'a pas embauch\u00e9 de membres du Syndicat apr\u00e8s cette date. Le syndicat a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 trois griefs all\u00e9guant que le d\u00e9faut ou le refus d'embaucher des membres du syndicat apr\u00e8s le 1er d\u00e9cembre 2018 violait la convention collective.
