En rejetant sa demande, le TDPO a estim\u00e9 qu'il n'y avait pas de lien suffisant entre les intim\u00e9s propos\u00e9s et les all\u00e9gations contenues dans la demande initiale concernant des incidents survenus sur d'autres lieux de travail et non li\u00e9s aux intim\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires.  De plus, le Tribunal a estim\u00e9 que l'ajout des intim\u00e9s propos\u00e9s \u00e9largirait consid\u00e9rablement la port\u00e9e de la requ\u00eate et entra\u00eenerait un retard. Enfin, le TDPO a not\u00e9 qu'il y avait un d\u00e9lai de 20 mois entre la date de la requ\u00eate et la date \u00e0 laquelle le requ\u00e9rant a cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 ajouter les parties suppl\u00e9mentaires.  Le TDPO a estim\u00e9 que ce d\u00e9lai \u00e9tait excessif.<\/p><p><strong>Demande de modification de la demande<\/strong><\/p><p>Le TDPO a rejet\u00e9 la demande du requ\u00e9rant de modifier la requ\u00eate car les modifications propos\u00e9es sont survenues \u00e0 un stade relativement avanc\u00e9 de la proc\u00e9dure.<\/p><p><strong>Demande de production<\/strong><\/p><p>Le requ\u00e9rant a demand\u00e9 la production d'un certain nombre de documents.
