Bien que la section locale ait fourni au membre ses \u00e9tats financiers v\u00e9rifi\u00e9s, le membre a demand\u00e9 d'autres d\u00e9tails concernant les salaires vers\u00e9s aux employ\u00e9s individuels et la base de leurs salaires et autres r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations totales.  Dans sa r\u00e9ponse, la section locale a affirm\u00e9 qu'elle s'\u00e9tait conform\u00e9e aux exigences de la Loi sur les relations de travail et que la demande du membre devait \u00eatre rejet\u00e9e sans audience parce que le membre n'avait pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 \u00e9tablir une preuve prima facie.  La Commission a rejet\u00e9 la demande du membre.
