Les travailleurs de la CAG ont vot\u00e9 pour se joindre \u00e0 l'IATSE B-778 en juillet 2020 et les n\u00e9gociations ont commenc\u00e9 l'automne dernier.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Les deux parties \u00e9taient impatientes de parvenir \u00e0 un accord qui fonctionne bien pour l'employeur et pour les travailleurs. Les n\u00e9gociations ont progress\u00e9 sans heurts et se sont conclues \u00e0 la fin du mois de mars. Le jeudi 1er avril, les membres de l'ACWU IATSE Local B-778 ont vot\u00e9 \u00e0 l'unanimit\u00e9 en faveur de l'accord, qui entre en vigueur imm\u00e9diatement. Les points saillants de l'accord de trois ans couvrant huit employ\u00e9s de la CAG sont les suivants : des augmentations salariales annuelles de 9 % la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e, de 3,5 % les deuxi\u00e8me et troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9es, une prime \u00e0 la signature r\u00e9partie \u00e9galement entre les employ\u00e9s et l'inclusion des travailleurs occasionnels dans l'unit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Le personnel de la CAG a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 collectivement : \"Notre effort de syndicalisation \u00e9tait motiv\u00e9 par la volont\u00e9 d'am\u00e9liorer les conditions de travail \u00e0 la CAG pour l'\u00e9quipe actuelle et les nombreux autres qui suivront au fur et \u00e0 mesure de la croissance de l'organisation. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la solidarit\u00e9 au sein de notre unit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation, ainsi qu'au soutien \u00e9norme des repr\u00e9sentants de l'ACWU et de l'IATSE, nous avons notamment pu n\u00e9gocier avec succ\u00e8s l'inclusion de la plupart des travailleurs temporaires et contractuels dans l'unit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation \u00e0 l'avenir, ainsi que des salaires plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s avec des augmentations soutenues pour tout le personnel. Nous sommes impatients de poursuivre ce processus de changement sectoriel avec la grande communaut\u00e9 artistique de Vancouver\".<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l'CAG, Matthew Hyland, a ajout\u00e9 : \" \u00c0 l'aube de notre 50e ann\u00e9e d'activit\u00e9, cet accord ouvre la voie \u00e0 une stabilit\u00e9 et une croissance continues pour la CAG et son personnel.
