TORONTO, ON \u2013 Le 21 mai, la section locale 58 de l\u2019IATSE Local a fait une demande d\u2019accr\u00e9ditation pour repr\u00e9senter les employ\u00e9s de sc\u00e8ne du Young People\u2019s Theatre. Le YPT, qui a ouvert ses portes en 1966, est le th\u00e9\u00e2tre le plus important au Canada pour les jeunes. Le th\u00e9\u00e2tre op\u00e8re deux salles de performance: le Th\u00e9\u00e2tre Susan Douglas Rubes et le Studio Nathan Cohen.<\/p>\n

Le vote de repr\u00e9sentation a \u00e9t\u00e9 tenu le 28 mai et les employ\u00e9s de sc\u00e8ne ont \u00e9t\u00e9 unanimes dans leur accord pour se faire repr\u00e9senter par l\u2019IATSE. Le 12 juin, la Commission des relations de travail de l\u2019Ontario a accord\u00e9 les droits de n\u00e9gociation \u00e0 la section locale 58 de l\u2019IATSE pour les quatre employ\u00e9s de sc\u00e8ne.
