CATHARINES, ON, le 22 f\u00e9vrier \u2013 Le 6 juin 2011, la Commission des relations de travail de l\u2019Ontario a accr\u00e9dit\u00e9 la section locale 461 de l\u2019AIEST \u00e0 titre d\u2019agent de n\u00e9gociation collective pour les machinistes de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Brock. L\u2019accr\u00e9ditation couvre le Centre des Arts de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Brock, lequel comprend deux salles : le Sean O\u2019Sullivan Theatre de 533 places ainsi que le David S. Howes Theatre de 500 places.<\/p>\n<p>Les n\u00e9gociations entre les parties ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 tard durant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conclues juste avant la date limite de gr\u00e8ve, soit \u00e0 minuit le 16 f\u00e9vrier. La section locale a obtenu un nombre de dispositions pour cette entente de trois ans, incluant une protection contre la sous-traitance pour du personnel saisonnier et \u00e0 temps plein, une garantie de contributions pour les soins de sant\u00e9 et la retraite, une structure pour les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires, la garantie d\u2019une journ\u00e9e de cong\u00e9 par p\u00e9riode de sept jours, des dispositions relatives \u00e0 la mise \u00e0 pied et le rappel au travail, et des contributions pour le fonds de formation de l\u2019Internationale.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ST.
