{"id":3814,"date":"2010-08-20T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2010-08-20T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/canada.iatse.net\/local-822-ratifies-mirvish-agreements\/"},"modified":"2010-08-20T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2010-08-20T00:00:00","slug":"local-822-ratifies-mirvish-agreements","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/canada.iatse.net\/fr\/local-822-ratifies-mirvish-agreements\/","title":{"rendered":"LA SECTION LOCALE 822 S'ENTEND AVEC MIRVISH"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les membres de la section locale 822 de l\u2019AIEST ont vot\u00e9 hier en faveur de la ratification de deux conventions collectives avec Mirvish Productions, qui regroupe les th\u00e9\u00e2tres Canon, Panasonic, Princess of Wales et Royal Alexandra.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La section locale 822 qui avait acquis le droit de gr\u00e8ve le 23 juillet dernier, a vot\u00e9 \u00e0 89 % en faveur d\u2019accepter les deux conventions collectives couvrant les quatre \u00e9tablissements. Les conventions ont une dur\u00e9e de 6 ans r\u00e9troactive \u00e0 2008. Elles \u00e9tablissent des augmentations salariales de 3 %, 3 % et 2 % pour les trois premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es; pour la quatri\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, l\u2019augmentation se situera entre 2,5 % et 3 %. Au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de l'entente, les membres dont la majorit\u00e9 sont des femmes, recevront les m\u00eames augmentions en valeur mon\u00e9taire que les machinistes travaillant dans les m\u00eames salles.
