L\u2019entente comprend aussi des contributions importantes de la part des employeurs aux r\u00e9gimes de sant\u00e9 et de retraite ainsi que des hausses salariales pour les travailleurs dans toutes les cat\u00e9gories. L\u2019entente pr\u00e9voit aussi des contributions d\u2019employeurs pour le fonds de formation de l\u2019AIEST.<\/p>\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sident Loeb s\u2019est dit reconnaissant envers les travailleuses et travailleurs qui voyagent constamment, mais qui ont toutefois offert leurs commentaires au comit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation et plus particuli\u00e8rement envers la base syndicale, soit les membres qui ont particip\u00e9 au comit\u00e9. Leurs observations ont inform\u00e9 les positions et les d\u00e9cisions du syndicat et ont permis au syndicat d\u2019assurer un contrat solide et avantageux pour tous les travailleurs qui doivent
