Les bulletins de vote ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 un soutien retentissant de 96,9 % en faveur de la nouvelle convention. L'accord couvrira environ 200 travailleurs et constitue \u00e9galement le tout premier contrat de la Guilde d'animation, section locale 938 de l'IATSE, qui vient d'obtenir une charte. Les travailleurs de Titmouse ont vot\u00e9 en faveur de l'adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 l'IATSE en octobre dernier, \u00e0 plus de 98 %.<\/p>\n<p>En pr\u00e9paration de ces n\u00e9gociations, un sondage a \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9e \u00e0 tous les employ\u00e9s afin de d\u00e9terminer leurs priorit\u00e9s et d'en faire le point central des n\u00e9gociations. La solidarit\u00e9 des membres a conduit au succ\u00e8s des n\u00e9gociations. Les points saillants de l'accord de quatre ans comprennent des proc\u00e9dures d\u00e9finies en mati\u00e8re d'heures suppl\u00e9mentaires, une augmentation des salaires minimums, des augmentations salariales annuelles am\u00e9lior\u00e9es, une prime de 15 % pour les employ\u00e9s qui assument des fonctions de supervision, une augmentation des jours de maladie et des jours personnels (et la possibilit\u00e9 de prendre des demi-journ\u00e9es), ainsi que des REER am\u00e9lior\u00e9s avec une structure de frais r\u00e9duite.<\/p>\n<p>\"Cette convention comporte des avantages r\u00e9els pour tout le monde\", a fait remarquer Emily Gossmann, d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e syndicale principale de la section 938 de l'IATSE et membre du comit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation, \"et ces avantages seront soutenus par la repr\u00e9sentation solide qu'offre l'IATSE\".<\/p>\n<p>\"L'IATSE est fi\u00e8re de compter ces travailleurs talentueux dans ses rangs\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident international de l'IATSE, Matthew D.
