Ces conventions visent du personnel \u00e0 l\u2019accueil, billetterie, pr\u00e9pos\u00e9.es au bar, et concession.  Plus de 500 personnes salari\u00e9es travaillent dans ces cin\u00e9mas. Les conventions s\u2019appliqueront aux cin\u00e9mas Quartier Latin, Forum, Cineplex Laval, Cin\u00e9ma Brossard (Dix\/30), Cin\u00e9ma St-Bruno, Cin\u00e9ma Beauport et Cin\u00e9ma Ste-Foy.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019entente de principe est intervenue le 3 avril lors d\u2019une ultime s\u00e9ance de n\u00e9gociation qui s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e \u00e0 Qu\u00e9bec. Le processus d\u2019assembl\u00e9e afin de pr\u00e9senter cette entente s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 de la mi-mai \u00e0 fin juin. Les membres ont approuv\u00e9 \u00e0 96.5% l\u2019entente conclue.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Malgr\u00e9 un contexte difficile dans les derniers mois pour l\u2019exploitation des salles de cin\u00e9ma, le syndicat a obtenu des ajustements salariaux pour la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e et des augmentations en fonction de l\u2019IPC pouvant aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2.5% pour les 2 ann\u00e9es subs\u00e9quentes.
