Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, ce studio a produit des \u0153uvres qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 couronn\u00e9es par plusieurs Oscars dans la cat\u00e9gorie des meilleurs effets visuels. L'AIEST a h\u00e2te de n\u00e9gocier la premi\u00e8re convention collective du Canada avec l'entreprise.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\"C'est un moment historique pour les travailleurs de DNEG Vancouver et les travailleurs VFX du Canada\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 John Lewis, vice-pr\u00e9sident international de l'AIEST et directeur des affaires canadiennes. \"Les travailleurs des VFX au Canada ont \u00e9t\u00e9 priv\u00e9s de repr\u00e9sentation syndicale pendant trop longtemps, et nous sommes honor\u00e9s d'accueillir les travailleurs de DNEG Vancouver dans l'AIEST\".<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Jiaming Li, repr\u00e9sentante internationale de l'AIEST, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \"Les travailleurs de DNEG ont compris qu'ils, elles et iels devaient travailler ensemble pour am\u00e9liorer leurs conditions de travail.
