Ils, elles et iels, rejoindront leurs camarades de WildBrain, Titmouse et Kickstart Entertainment comme membres du seul syndicat d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l'animation au Canada. Des centaines de travailleurs-euses d'ICON ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 sign\u00e9 des cartes en faveur de la formation d'un syndicat au studio.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;, serif\"><\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 9pt;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif\">Les principaux facteurs qui motivent l'effort de syndicalisation sont le besoin de protection contre les licenciements, la transparence des salaires, la protection contre l'IA et l'externalisation, ainsi que l'assistance dans les processus d'immigration. Mon syndicat m'a autonomis\u00e9 et m'a permis de me concentrer sur ce qui compte vraiment : me b\u00e2tir une vie dans le pays que j'ai choisi.
