STEP 1: CPAWRF Request for Funding
This short application form is what will be used by the Canadian Office to determine whether your training meets the requirements for reimbursement and to initiate the process of getting your course approved.
You will receive an application package that will include an Application Budget Worksheet and a checklist of documents required for your application.
Your Rep will contact you with instructions on how to proceed.
All expenses are to be paid by the local and then submitted after-the-fact to the Canadian office for reimbursement. If this will be an impediment to your local’s ability to hold the course, please discuss with the representative when they contact you with the application documents.
