Local 891 and Teamsters Local 155 v. Shavick Entertainment and AFS Productions and ACFC West

Second of two decisions.  Local 891 and teamsters local 155 applied to the Board for a reconsideration of an earlier decision that a collective agreement was in full force and effect between AFS Productions and ACFC West.  The Board rejected the application for reconsideration on the basis that the application had failed to establish a good arguable case that the original Board panel’s decision was wrongly decided.
