Reciprocal Health Benefit Flow
The IATSE Reciprocal Agreement began in 2010, and this cooperation between locals has successfully enabled members who work in many Canadian jurisdictions to flow their health benefits to their home local health plan, or to choose where they want to pool their health benefits if they belong to more than one Canadian local.
To assist members, the Canadian Office has created a form that they can sign and give to their employer, their home local, and many locals whose jurisdiction they’re working in when they start a job.
