While the employees in the bargain unit applied for had worked in a facility rented by the employer, the rental of that facility had ended. The employer took the position that the bargaining unit should be limited to that location. The Board ordered a representation vote and directed that all disputes related to the bargaining unit be dealt with by the panel assigned to hear the application.
