Application for certification (second of three decisions). The parties had reached an agreement regarding the appropriate bargaining unit. The Board found that the local was a trade union within the meaning of the Act and directed a representation vote be taken of “all employees of Polaris Star Suites Inc. in the Province of Ontario, save and except supervisors and persons above the rank of supervisor.”
