Local 411 v. Lightning Products Rentals [2003] O.L.R.D. No. 884 (Ontario Labour Relations Board)

Application for certification (first of two decisions).  The local had been recognized to be a trade union in an earlier proceeding.  The Board directed that a representation vote be taken of “all employees of Lightning Products Rentals in the Province of Ontario, save and except supervisors and persons above the rank of supervisor.”
