Local 411 v. Starcraft Services Inc. [2002] O.L.R.D. No. 4165 (Ontario Labour Relations Board)

Application for certification (second of three decisions).  The local applied to be certified for “all employees of Starcraft Services Inc. at and out of the City of Toronto, save and except supervisors and persons above the rank of supervisor”.  After finding that the local had won the representation vote, the Board granted the application and issued a certificate.
