Local 118 v. Vogue Theatre [2004] B.C.L.R.B.D. No. 371 (BC Labour Relations Board)

Second of four decisions.  The local applied for leave and reconsideration of the Board’s decision granting certain employees’ application for decertification of the “all employees” bargaining unit.  The Board dismissed the local’s application for reconsideration.  The arguments raised by the local were without merit or too late.
