Local 212 v. Plymouth Productions (Honey I Shrunk the Kids TV Series) [2002] A.J. No. 12 (Alberta Court of Appeal)

Appeal of a lower court decision which held that the arbitrator’s decision respecting holiday was patently unreasonable.  The Court upheld the lower court’s decision and remitted the matter to the arbitrator as ordered by the lower court.
