Local 58 v. Toronto Symphony and Massey Hall [2000] O.L.R.D. No. 952 (Ontario Labour Relations Board)

The Symphony asked the Board to issue an order directing local 58 to produce a copy of its constitution and bylaws.  The Board ordered that the local produce a copy of its constitution and bylaws either at or prior to the hearing.
