Andromeda Productions Ltd. v. Local 891 (C.S. Grievance) [2001] B.C.C.A.A.A. No. 25 (BC Collective Agreement Arbitration)

A wardrobe member of local 891 filed a complaint that one of the producers of Andromeda sexually harassed her.  The producer/alleged harasser filed an application for interested party status.  The local objected to interested party status being granted to the producer/alleged harasser.  The arbitrator reviewed the case law and granted the producer/alleged harasser intervener status on the basis of natural justice.
