Colin Gregory v. Local 891 [2001] B.C.L.R.B.D. No 413 (BC Labour Relations Board)

Duty of fair representation complaint by the member (Gregory) alleging discriminatory treatment on the part of local 891.  The local defended on the basis that Gregory had not raised sufficient facts to disclose an apparent violation of the code.  The Board dismissed the complaint on the basis that it did not disclose sufficient facts to raise a prima facie case.
