Davidson v. Local 891 [2003] B.C.L.R.B.D. No. 373 (BC Labour Relations Board)

Second of two decisions.  The member (Davidson) applied for leave and reconsideration of a decision dismissing her duty of fair representation complaint against the local as untimely.  The Board dismissed Davidson’s application as raising no serious question as to the correctness of the original decision.
