IATSE Local 873 and IATSE Local 667 and Y & C Production Inc., [2006] OLRB No. 920 (Ontario Labour Relations Board)

Application for certification.  The Ontario Labour Relations Board determined that both Local 873 and Local 667 had proved their trade union status within the meaning of the Labour Relations Act and issued certificates for bargaining units of motion picture technicians and camera personnel respectively.
