Local 118 v. McPherson Playhouse Foundation [1987] B.C. L.R.B.D. No. 293 (BC Labour Relations Council)

Second of two decisions.  Application for reconsideration of BCLRB No. 165.  The Board rejected the local’s application for reconsideration.  After reviewing the jurisprudence regarding reconsiderations, the Board found that the original panel neither erred in law, policy of fact.
