Local 118 v. University of British Columbia [1998] B.C.L.R.B.D. No. 34 (BC Labour Relations Board)

Local 118 applied for leave for reconsideration of an earlier decision wherein its certification application for a bargaining unit of employees employed by the University of British Columbia working at the Chan Centre was denied.  The Board denied the local’s application on the basis that it had failed to raise a serious question as to the correctness of the original decision.
