Local 357 v. The Stratford Shakespearean Festival of Canada [2005] O.L.R.D. No. 3006 (Ontario Labour Relations Board)

Application for certification (third of three decisions).  In the earlier decision, the local had been granted an interim certificate.  In this decision, the Board granted the local a final decision for “all wig, hair and make-up employees of the Stratford Shakespearian Festival of Canada in the City of Stratford, save and except wigs and make-up manager and persons above that rank.”
