Local 411 v. Polaris Star Suites Inc. [2003] O.L.R.D. No. 1144 (Ontario Labour Relations Board)

Application for certification (third of three decisions).  No representations were filed with the Board.  The Board found that more than fifty percent of the ballots cast were in favour of the local and issued a certificate for “all employees of Polaris Star Suites Inc. in the Province of Ontario, save and except supervisors and persons above the rank of supervisor.”
