Local 411 v. Starcraft Services Inc. [2003] O.L.R.D. No. 641 (Ontario Labour Relations Board)

Application for certification (third of three decisions).  The employer sought to have the Board amend its earlier decision so as to remove the requirement that the local establish trade union status.  The local relied on Board jurisprudence in which it had been found to be a trade union within the meaning of the Act.  The Board declined to amend its decision.  Any decision in which the local had established trade union status was the result of administrative error.
