Local 411 v. Stryker Productions Inc. [2003] O.L.R.D. No. 555 (Ontario Labour Relations Board)

Application for certification (first of two decisions).  The Board found that the local was a trade union within the meaning of the Act and directed that a representation vote be taken of the individuals in the following voting constituency: all employees of Stryker Productions Inc. in the Province of Ontario, save and except supervisors and persons above the rank of supervisor.
