Local 411 v. Stryker Productions Inc. [2003] O.L.R.D. No. 786 (Ontario Labour Relations Board)

Application for certification (second of two decisions).  The local applied for certification following the taking of a representation vote and an agreement between the parties.  The Board granted the local’s application and issued a certificate for “all employees of Stryker Productions Inc. in the Province of Ontario, save and except supervisors and persons above the rank of supervisor.”
